Dorado reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.

2. Orders & Payment

Pricing:
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes. Shipping fees may apply.

Payment Terms:
Full payment is required before your order is shipped.

Order Acceptance:
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are subject to our Returns Policy and may incur fees.

3. Warranty

Dorado offers a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. Full details are provided in the Warranty Policy section below. The warranty does not apply to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Usage & Maintenance

For proper care and operation, always follow the guidelines provided in the Dorado Handbook.

Prohibited Uses:

• Commercial rentals
  
  

• Competitive sports or racing
  
  

• Extreme stunts
  
  

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted if the product is unused and returned within the timeframe outlined in our Returns Policy. Refunds are issued after inspection and may be subject to restocking or shipping fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dorado is not liable for damage caused by accidents, misuse, or failure to follow safety and maintenance guidelines. Our maximum liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the original purchase price.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on our website are the property of Dorado. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, unless local laws require otherwise.

Dorado Warranty Policy

At Dorado, we take pride in producing quality bikes. All products are inspected before shipment. However, our bikes are meant for everyday riding—not indestructibility.

Warranty Coverage

Powertrain:
Covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Other Components:
Covered for 1 year if the bike is registered and maintained according to the recommended schedule.
If not registered or maintained properly, coverage is limited to 6 months.

Note: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Limitations

• Repairs or replacements do not extend or reset the original warranty period unless required by local law.
  
  

• Dorado will determine whether a part should be repaired or replaced.
  
  

• Replacement components may be new, reconditioned, or remanufactured.
  
  

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Lack of proper maintenance (see Dorado Handbook)
  
  

• Unauthorized modifications or use of third-party parts
  
  

• Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  
  

• Use in competition, stunts, or commercial rentals
  
  

• Normal wear and tear
  
  

• Repairs done by unauthorized service providers
  
  

Filing a Warranty Claim

If purchased through a dealer:
Contact the dealer directly with your purchase details and the nature of the issue.

If purchased directly from Dorado:
Use the contact form on our website to start a claim.
